ID:QZP99_94052_05_08DESCRIPTION:Thatched house near Loch Striven. Loch Striven is a sea loch extending into the Cowal peninsula from Strone Point to Craigandaive. Because of its depth the loch can be used for submarine diving trials and was used to train midget-submarine crews during World War II. The main settlement along the loch is Inverchaolain but there are other small settlements and farms.
