ID:ULMPH_2000_0396DESCRIPTION:A trio of Ullapool folk pictured on the river bank, just downstream of the Moss Bridge which carries the A835 north out of the village. The bridge in the picture was replaced in the 1990s by a separate foot bridge and a new wider road bridge capable of carrying the new maximum weight of 50 tonnes. The new bridge was opened by Alan Macleod who had operated a motor repair, taxi service and filling station adjacent to the bridge for nearly 50 years.
