'Mining the Archives' gave adults and children the opportunity to view a range of archives and use them as inspiration for creative writing. Over 230 people took part in the event and submissions were received from people of all ages. Feedback was extremely positive and it was evident from the submissions that the original archival material had been a tremendous inspiration for all who had taken part.
